I’ve found a good blog post from someone who has listed what will and what won’t be crippled by DRM, basically everything is fine besides when HD-DVD and Blu-Ray and the ICT is set, when Vista will display 540p, if ICT is not set then there’s no problem.

Just found this information on how to install Vista fully from the upgrade dvd, this could be an even cheaper method for getting Vista as you only need to buy the upgrade dvd!

Well Microsoft has finally released it’s latest operating system Vista, it comes in 3 billion different versions instead of just 3 which would have been a lot better for consumers, but Microsoft’s infinite wisdom decided more were better, creating more support problems for them and sys-admin due to multiple OS’s to support from the start.
