XBOX 360 Tilt controller

This looks pretty good, someone has modified their xbox 360 controller to allow tilting to control the game! http://www.adamthole.com/?cat=5 We’ll probably see this in third party controllers in the very near future if there are not patent problems.

Amazon Super Saver Delivery

( Rants )

Way back in the depths of last year on the 10th Oct 2006, I ordered a book The Curry Secret (supposed to be a really good book on indian cooking, I’ll post more info when I’ve had a go at cooking some of the recipes) from amazon with free super saver delivery, which is supposed [...]

Great customer service from John Lewis

We bought a coffee table from John Lewis the other week, it was delivered last week for free (we ordered it instore) and I attempted to put it together on thursday. Unfortunately the table wouldn’t go together correctly as there was a 3mm gap which wouldn’t let the screw catch on the thread, today I [...]

New computer time

( PC )

I’ve just ordered a new computer, hopefully it’ll arrive tomorrow which will give me something to play with. Whilst the spec isn’t anything amazingly good it’s a massive step up from my current laptop, if anything the 22″ screen should put my 15″ laptop screen to shame I’ll post up some more info tomorrow when [...]

Froogle Prices Ex-Vat Rant

( Rants )

Froogle is excellent for finding cheap prices on thousands of products but what annoys me is you search for an item, you then list in price order lowest to highest, you then click on the item to find it’s the price ex-vat. Now why can’t google work this out, surely it can’t be that difficult [...]

Links

( Random )

I’m slowly adding new links, these are sites I use daily or often enough to warrant a place in the list. If you have any links you feel I should visit daily feel free to give them to me and I might include them on the list.
